Project Management: Implementation, coordination and support of digitalization projects in production

Process analysis: Determination and improvement of existing processes through modern hardware and software solutions

Shopfloor Digitalization: Implementation of Innovative Digital Tools

Interdisciplinary cooperation: Cooperation with specialist departments for the optimal implementation of IT solutions

Data optimisation: Efficient recording, storage and evaluation of production data for key data analysis

Planning and monitoring: organisation and follow-up of all project activities

Coordination with GEA IT: Close cooperation between IT and production for smooth implementations

Passion for technology, software and innovation in the Smart Factory environment

Complete technical training (e.g. technical informatics, IT technology) or studies (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or related fields

Practical experience: knowledge of production processes such as machining, welding or assembly

Basic understanding of industrial IT and possibly OT/IIoT experience

knowledge of IT infrastructures, if necessary Pre-experience in dealing with SQL databases

Enthusiasm for project management and high communication strength

Analytical and Structured Work in a Young & Dynamic Team

Very good knowledge of German and English
