Sample markets: Cologne/Bonn, Gummersbach, Soest, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Koblenz

Immediately after studying systematically work towards a responsible leadership position? And your enthusiasm for food retailing is fully alive? Our 12-month trainee program makes it possible. In doing so, we will take you step by step and individually familiarise yourself with your future tasks as market leader/in. Clearly what your everlasting goals are: to make customers to fans, create impressive shopping experiences and at the same time create and maintain a working environment where it is fun to inspire customers. To do this, you motivate and inspire your team every day, take the deployment planning and bring your market forward economically and organizationally. For the success of your market, you like to crawl up your sleeves, are nothing too bad for you and sort out unsightly fruits yourself.
