IT Inhouse Consultant KI (m/f/d)

Advice: As an IT Inhouse Consultant - KI (gn) you are our internal Sparring partner for everything related to Artificial Intelligence. You support teams and departments throughout the Group - from finding meaningful use cases to assess benefits, feasibility and possible risks. Strategy: You actively shape the Group-wide AI strategy. For this, you work closely with management and disciplines and make sure that we not only use AI, but use it properly. Further development: You find potentials where others only see processes: you analyze our AI option, develop optimization measures and accompany their implementation - always together with the relevant stakeholders.

Qualification: A study of (economic) informatics or a similar background (manufacturer). Alternatively, a suitable training with multi-year experience in a relevant environment. Know-how: You understand AI, machine learning, LLMs and data analytics not only theoretically but how modern platforms and architectures really work. Adviser gene: You want to strategically accompany specialist areas, explain complex topics in a comprehensible way and inspire people for new solutions. Personality: You pack on your own, stay clear on course, pull on a string in the team and convince with a clear presentation of your results. Your strong English skills are a real added value, not a bonus.
