Who are we? Around 16,000 people work in pastoral care, administration and social institutions and educational institutions at the Erzbistum München and Freising. On behalf of the archbishop of Munich and Freising, the Ordinariat of Munich performs the tasks of the diocese administration. The IT Service Management team in the Central Services department is responsible for structuring and optimising a transparent and effective IT service architecture as well as the associated IT service management processes. Our team supports the central service management platform in which the IT processes, the IT service shop and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) are integrated.

Technical implementation of IT service management processes, including workflow design and implementation Develop workflows in serviceware processes using programming skills in C# and PowerShell to automate and optimize ITSM processes Application support of the ITSM tool solution (serviceware processes) – from daily operation to continuous development Operation and further development of the ITSM application, including adaptation to new requirements and improvement of existing processes Recognize technical requirements and transfer these into efficient processes and automation to optimize IT operations and increase service quality.

completed university studies (BA/Dipl.-FH) of computer science or a completed training as a specialist:in with a specialist training relevant knowledge and experience in application development (design, implementation and care) Knowledge and experience in the methods and tools of IT service management, ideally with ITIL certification Communication skills and team spirit as well as pleasure in customer contact and orientation analytical, methodological and conceptual skills high self-initiative and readiness to perform Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church.
