The place is in principle divisible.

Key tasks

• Implementation of construction law procedures
• independent examination and processing of applications
• formulation and justification of all construction decisions
• forced enforcement of decisions
• formulation of complaints
• Consultation of builders, municipalities and architects in all aspects of building law
• construction regulations
• Certificates of completion after the WEG

We expect

• good knowledge of building law and general administrative law
• high level of social competence, communication skills and enforcement
• secure judgment, responsibility and team skills
• strong motivation and willingness to use and high loadability
• good written and oral expressability in German
• a valid driving permit (class B)
