They continuously optimize our QM system through targeted care, new development and systematic improvement of processes, work instructions and protocols. They carry out key figures analyses and risk assessments, evaluate regulatory changes and conduct proactive measures. They plan and conduct internal audits as well as operations and prepare external customer and certification audits professionally and accompany them. They are competent contact persons for our branch offices in all quality and compliance questions and process customer requests regarding regulatory requirements. They are responsible for the creation and maintenance of product information as well as the qualitative assessment of new raw materials and suppliers. They coordinate corrective and preventive measures and ensure their effective implementation.

Successfully completed study of food chemistry/technology or comparable qualification Ideally, first professional experience in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or feed industry Knowledge of quality management standards (ISO 9001, IFS, BRC or FSSC 22000) and GMP knowledge Experience in the assessment of laws and technical understanding flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing, pronounced communication skills and service orientation Self-employed, structured working with team spirit and passion for continuous improvement Safe handling of MS Office applications Ready to travel (approx. 20 days per year)
