Employee work preparation (m/f/d)

You control disposition, demand planning and resource management with a long-term perspective and ensure that planning and implementation are reliably combined with a consistent order tracking You not only create material master files, work plans and piece lists, but also maintain them with a clear view for economic efficiency, structure and sustainability You agree closely with production and construction, accompany changes securely and ensure that new components and products are introduced smoothly You coordinate projects holistically and keep all the interfaces between the departments involved – solution-oriented and binding You create offers, maintain customer and foreign production projects and accompany them responsibly up to the accounting

You have a well-founded technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, supplemented by a further education as a technician or a Bachelor's degree in the field of production technology You bring several years of experience in production control and have a strong manufacturing understanding that gives you safety in everyday life You move routiniert in ERP systems – ideally SAP – and use MS Office, especially Excel, as a self-evident work tool You work structured, independent and analytically and make decisions clear and responsible You appreciate the cooperation in the team, communicate bindingly and have very good German knowledge in word and writing
