Construction Manager Turnkey Building Construction / Modular Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the construction of our turnkey construction projects in wood construction – from the groundbreaking to the handover to the builders Monitoring of dates, costs and quality as well as controlling the construction processes in compliance with construction and safety regulations Coordination of contractors at the construction site as well as central contact person for local project participants Ensuring a smooth construction process through predictive planning, clear communication and solution-oriented action Close coordination with project management, planning and other departments during the entire construction phase Implementation of bills, follow-up management and ongoing project documentation and co-responsibility for the development of the costs of the construction projects Close cooperation with costing, sales, product management, production, assembly and coordination with all project participants

Complete technical or craft training in the field of civil engineering, ideally with further training to master, technician, engineer or architect Good knowledge of the construction design, the VOB and the timing and cost management of construction projects Self-contained, structured and careful functioning as well as a pronounced hand-on mentality and enforcement capability Good IT skills in dealing with tendering and appointment programs, construction project management software and Microsoft Office Organizational talent, communication strength and negotiation skills in handling project participants and enjoying cross-departmental cooperation Multiannual professional experience in the construction management of turnkey construction projects as well as good German knowledge in word and writing
