Project Manager Global Order Management - international customer projects (m/f/d)

Management of projects in supply chain management with focus on order management, including structured outcome presentation at management level Design, introduction and further development of commercial processes at global level based on Lean principles Implementation of process analysis and identification of optimization requirements and measures Definition of requirements for IT tools (e.g. SAP, AI agencies) as well as coordination of tests and user training in close coordination with departments, international branches and principles Control and implementation of end-to-end rollouts of new processes and systems in cooperation with internal and external customers Methodological monitoring of fault and deviation management of value flows

Complete study of economic engineering, business informatics, business management or comparable qualification Experience gained in the independent, targeted management of projects in international cooperation from planning to implementation and in the design and optimization of processes Basic knowledge in order management, in particular in the context of complex international customer projects Knowledge of foreign trade law desirable Certifications in project management (e.g. IPMA C/B, PMP, PRINCE2) and agile methods as well as experience in the application of lean management methods desirable User knowledge of SAP systems (e.g. S4 Hana) Very good knowledge of German and English (min. level B2) for cooperation in international project teams readiness to cross-company travel within Germany
