Commercial Employee Customer Service (m/f/d)

Responsible handling of national and international customer requests Complete complaint management on the customer and supplier side including clarification, coordination and solution finding Independent processing and processing of service requests and orders Creation, costing and tracking of offers and cost proposals Collection and evaluation of offers and cost proposals from suppliers Organisation and control of return processing – from goods inspection to the creation of credits Coordination and communication between transport service providers and consignment recipients to ensure a smooth process Close, cross-departmental cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales services, product management, logistics and purchasing

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial merchant/wife, merchant/wife wholesale and foreign trade management,...) preferably experience in industries with chemistry or Life Science Reference You communicate fluently in German and English (word and writing) Knowledge in an ERP system is desirable You think and act service-oriented and always put the customer at the heart of your action You work structured, independent and keep an overview even in complex situations You appreciate the team's collaboration and at the same time enjoy responsibility for your own tasks
