Competent support and advice of managers and employees in all personnel and labour law issues Personal care from setting to exit Consultation and support in the implementation of individual measures Responsible coordination and implementation of the recruitment process for professionals and managers Management and support of HR projects, change processes and process optimization Participation and responsibility in the implementation of digital processes and workflows Support in implementing a modern, internationally oriented HR strategy Constructive and cooperative cooperation with employee representation

Successfully completed studies, ideally with the focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in operational and strategic personnel work, ideally an international manufacturing company Routinized handling of MS Office and SAP desirable Practical experience in change management and implementation of operational and strategic HR topics in a dynamic production environment Secure knowledge of labour law Embossed service and customer orientation as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting Self-responsible, proactive working style, hand-on mentality and high team orientation High communication and consulting competence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
