Technical Employee Operations and Personnel (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the driver control, as well as the legally compliant check and time-limit monitoring of all relevant driver documents including structured documentation You conduct employee talks and support in personnel and deployment planning You organize and accompany the onboarding and offboarding of our employees and take an interface function to IT You collect, document and track accident reports after in close coordination with the occupational safety You will start supporting key figures, statistics and reporting (drivers, fleet, KBA) for the management and interface departments You’re puggling and developing the integrated management system (IMS), including the required audit preparation and action tracking

Successfully completed commercial or technical training as truck mechanics, motor vehicle mechanics or comparable training, ideally in the field of logistics or forwarding Multiannual professional experience in the transport or fleet environment Technical understanding of commercial vehicles, possession of the license class CE of advantage Secure MS Office knowledge and experience in digital documentation systems Structured, independent working and organisational strength Impressed communication strength and high sense of responsibility and enforcement
