Your role in ZEISS Digital Innovation In the key account management at ZEISS Digital Innovation you actively shape our sustainable customer relationships with a special focus on digital and software solutions in the B2B sector. Your strategic thinking as well as your comprehensive understanding of the special business requirements and challenges of our customers in medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry are crucial to your success. This includes the digitization of relevant product portfolios and processes. With your passion for customer-centric action and team work, you contribute to building and expanding long-term customer relationships.

Your tasks include: New acquisition and strategic further development of our prospects on key accounts, ensuring a sustainable and partnership relationship with our customers as well as supporting both new and existing customers Creating and implementing account plans with a special focus on the needs of ZEISS Digital Innovation target customers. Building a sustainable and robust opportunity pipeline as well as reporting, forecasting and analysis of customer performance Planning and implementation of customer meetings, including interaction with senior executives. Development of relevant materials for our target customers in close cooperation with our marketing team incl. Presentation of reference projects by ZEISS Digital Innovation Close and collaborative cooperation, including with our Innovation Team (Presales and Business Development), to ensure the optimal communication of the ZEISS Digital Innovation Offering with regard to thematic selection, processing and target group-oriented approach. Creation and negotiation of offers and contracts

Your profile Your passion is to identify and address potential customers as well as to identify their needs and challenges in discussions with them and to derive appropriate service offers? Then our team is looking forward to you!

You also have the following profile: Comprehensive experience in key account management as well as operational and strategic customer management and customer development Experience in the initiation, management and completion of complex sales cycles in cooperation with marketing, presales, consulting services, legal and other relevant stakeholders Knowledge in the creation of a supply and demonstrable experience in contract negotiations Sales experience in the service environment/project business and in the field of digital and software solutions (B2B-side) Industry knowledge in medical technology, laboratory technology and/or pharmaceutical industry desirable Excellent communication and presentation capabilities on C1 or C2 levels in German and English readiness to travel
