Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Munich As Senior Strategy Manager (m/w/d), you are the driving force behind our strategic orientation and actively shape the future of our business areas. Strategic leadership: Close cooperation with our CEO, CFO and the leadership of our business unit to develop and sharpen groundbreaking strategies for Bosch Building Technologies. Impulse and Innovation: Leading, designing and implementing complex strategy projects in our key areas such as Building Solutions (Building Automation, Security, Energy Services Integrator businesses), Life Safety (Fire Product and Integrator business) and Services & Digitalization. Interdisciplinary project management: leadership of agile project teams consisting of both internal experts from various disciplines and external consulting companies. Visibility and Impact: Presentation of strategy recommendations directly ahead of CEO, CFO and Business Unit Management. Immediate and measurable impact on our business goals and securing the future of Bosch. Design: Responsibility for specific modules of the annual strategy meeting of the Bosch Building Technologies Division, which will be presented to the Management Board of Robert Bosch GmbH.

Education: degree in economics or natural sciences or equivalent qualification. Experiences and know-how: 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar position in an international industrial group. Previous experience in the areas of strategy and/or project management is of advantage. Personality and working methods: “Can-do” mentality with structured, analytical and result-oriented working methods. Embossed team capacity and constructive cooperation across all hierarchical levels. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as excellent presentation and moderation skills in both languages.
