In this position, based on incoming customer orders, you are responsible for the smooth transport of the goods to be shipped. You coordinate the timely dispatch of the cargo and shipments. You decide on the use of the means of transport and proactively monitor compliance with delivery dates. Charge allocation / disposition of customer orders taking into account the cost-effectiveness and quality Negotiations of price and performance agreements with the respective subcontractors: Date arrangements Processing of complaints Communication with customers:inside, entrepreneurs:inside and branch offices of the Noerpel Group Ensuring and continuous optimization of work processes in terms of quality and costs

Successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training Professional experience in the same or similar position Special know-how in the field of forwarding / logistics / charter disposition English knowledge of advantage Teamability, commitment, flexibility and reliability Planning and organisational skills
