Supplier Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

To carry out visual and functional examinations and analysis of quality problems and their causes with the introduction of emergency measures. Contact person for defects, deviations and quality assurance including coordination of special releases moderation of daily meetings and implementation of storage measures defined in the team. Actively requesting technical requirements by means of dashboards verification of measurement protocols and compliance with drawing tolerances. Recording and adhering to quality costs, e.g.: logistical extra effort rework and support of the KvP process. Analysis of measurement protocols and implementation of corrective measures according to internal work instructions. answering technical quality questions and ensuring compliance with quality specifications.

Required knowledge and skills through at least 3 years of professional training and 2 years of professional training or many years of professional experience Basic knowledge of processes and interfaces in design, AV, manufacturing, purchasing and assembly as well as high technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex tasks Safe handling of MS Office, MOCS, dashboards and knowledge in the issue tracking tool (JIRA) as well as basics of quality techniques (PDCA, 8D, FMEA, SPC etc.) Experience with measuring and testing equipment, analysis of measurement protocols and structured approach to problem analysis and elimination Teamability, independent working, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and motivation for continuous process improvement Good knowledge of German and English as well as convincing communication with internal and external partners
