Co-design, co-create, and implement robust and scalable solutions that meet business and align with best practices and architecture guidelines in a heterogenous provider environment. Integrate and adapt ServiceNow to streamline business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Utilize Data Factory for data integration and transformation tasks. Design and implement ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Develop interactive and insightful reports using Power BI. Provide leadership and guidance to development teams following architectural guidance and best practice. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform and its various modules, integration, and customization. Proven experience as a Solution Analyst with a focus on Data Factory, reporting, Azure, ETL, and Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
