We are now looking for motivated production workers / Lagerhelfer (m/w/d) in Cologne for work in plastics production and in the warehouse. Werkhelfer / Lagerhelfer (m/w/d) – 3-shift full-time – from €15.28 + supplements – Industrieproduktion in Köln

Your tasks: • Operation of production plants in the plastics industry (injection moulding machines) • Monitoring ongoing production and ensuring quality • General activities as camp helpers in Cologne: • Packaging and picking • assembly and assembly • Material supply and internal transport • Work with handheld scanner in the warehouse • Optional: forklift up to 5 tons (if available forklift)

Your qualifications: • First experience as a production aid or storage aid • Safe handling of hand scanners desirable • Good knowledge of German (at least B2, ideal C1) • Ready to work in the 3-shift system (break, late, night shift) • Reliability, motivation and team skills

Optional (of advantage): • Staplerschein • Class B driving licence and mobility in Cologne • Working hours (3-shift production Cologne) : • Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00 • Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00 • Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 • Weekly shift change in storage and production

What you expect: • hourly wage: €15.28 • Production aid Cologne Salary: over-tariff with surcharges • Late layer supplement: +1.74 € per hour • Night supplement: +25 % per hour • Saturday supplement: +4 € per hour
