System Engineer / Technical Consultant (m/f/d)

As System Engineer / Technical Consultant (m/w/d), you are the central technical contact for our customers. You advise at eye level, analyze existing IT environments, design robust and sustainable solutions and implement them independently. Your focus is on technical engineering, project work and consulting – from the request intake, design and implementation to the stable transfer and optimization of the solutions you are responsible for.

Complete technical advice from our customers – from the analysis of existing IT environments to strategic decision-making Conception and design of future-oriented IT solutions (OnPrem, Hybrid, Cloud) taking into account security, scalability and operation Technical implementation of IT projects including introduction, migration and integration of modern systems and platforms Working in customer projects from planning to GoLive and sustainable stabilisation after commissioning Ensuring stable operation through analysis, optimization and processing of complex disturbances (2nd/3rd level) Creation of technical documentation, knowledge transfer and active participation in standards, innovations and presales activities

Completed training or studies in the IT environment Multiannual professional experience (typically ≥ 3 years) as system engineer, system administrator, technical consultant or comparable Very good knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows Server, Virtualization (VMware/HyperV), Microsoft 365 & Cloud (Azure/Hybrid), Networks & IT Security, Backup & Restore Experience in IT projects and migrations Structured, solution-oriented operation, communication strength in customer contact
