Welding construction mechanic - pipe welder for pipe production (m/f/d)

Welding of stainless steel and CuNiFe pipes in the high-pressure range (process 141 – WIG, welding positions PF and H‐L045) Installation of pipe assemblies and, if present, operation of orbital welding machines Documentation of all welding work in logs, check and test lists Ensuring compliance with all relevant building, welding and safety regulations Workshop manufacturing of pipe components with proper use of tools and machines Cooperation in the team as well as downstream departments according to technical drawings and quality specifications Active participation in continuous improvement and qualification measures

Complete vocational training as a construction mechanic (direction of welding) or plant mechanic Multiannual experience in welding stainless steel and CuNiFe pipes, ideally in high-pressure environment (WIG, PF, H‐L045) Practical knowledge in the preparation of pipe assemblies and in the handling of orbital welding machines (required) Embossed team and communication skills, high flexibility and readiness to use Strong documentation and quality orientation as well as independent, reliable operation Willingness to continue and further training as well as continuous qualification and competence building Experience in submarine/shipping or plant construction
