Qualified advice from managers and employees on training topics Creation and, if necessary, reconciling a need-oriented education offering Participation in regional and international thematic projects and cooperation with internal and external partners worldwide Support in developing new learning strategies and processes Planning of training measures under the budget Preparing and evaluating training measures Quality assurance of qualification measures as well as trainer selection and trainer management Creation of price and cost calculations for the internal billing price and education controlling

Completed study with economic or educational focus - or comparable qualification First professional experience in the creation and implementation of training and training programmes, ideally desirable in the production environment Experience in the implementation and cooperation of global (part-)projects Technical experience in the production environment as well as profound experience in the moderation and design of workshops desirable High willingness to find solutions and pragmatic, structured operation Excellent communication and moderation capabilities as well as a high level of enforcement at all hierarchical levels Very good knowledge of German and English readiness to travel
