Senior Atlassian Rovo Consultant (m/f/d)

Advising our customers for the use of Atlassian Rovo and for the integration of AI-based functions into their work processes Implementation of workshops to identify, evaluate and prioritize specific Rovo applications with specialist areas and IT managers Conception, configuration and introduction of Rovo Agents to support knowledge work, service processes and cooperation Development and piloting of prototypes and demand-oriented extensions with AI-based development tools Assessment of the quality of results and the benefits of Rovo applications as well as continuous optimization of agents, instructions and knowledge bases Accompanying the introduction through training, knowledge transfer and the joint design of usage policies with data protection, security and governance Support in the Presales through the development of customer-specific Rovo applications, demonstrations and proofs of concept as well as participation in offers and cost estimates Training and further development of colleagues through internal training, practical workshops and mentoring for the use of Atlassian Rovo and AI-based development

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification as well as at least five years of professional experience in the IT field Practical experience in the Atlassian ecosystem Experience in the conception, introduction and use of Atlassian Rovo and the development of specific applications Understanding modern AI-based working methods and identifying added value through the use of Atlassian Rovo in enterprise processes Alternatively, very well-founded expertise in the Atlassian cloud environment and the motivation to work intensively in Atlassian Rovo and its applications Structured and analytical methods combined with high quality standards and strong customer orientation Good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English skills (level B2 or higher)
