For our customers, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for several CNC cutting mechanic (m/w/d) in full time at the Erlangen site as part of the employee handover.

Your tasks:

• CNC programming and machining
• Writing, customizing and optimizing CNC programs
• Installation and operation of CNC-controlled milling, turning or grinding machines
• Monitoring the processing process and readjustment in case of deviations
• Operating systems
• Inserting workpieces into semi-automatic or fully automatic production plants
• Start and monitor the manufacturing process
• removal of the processed components and independent implementation of simple quality controls (e.g. visual inspection, measurement control)
• Manually executing work steps such as measuring, deburring, tearing, drilling or filing according to work order
• Very careful work according to detailed production instructions and technical drawings while maintaining high quality standards

Your profile:

• Successful completion of vocational training for industrial mechanic (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or CNC (m/w/d)

• Multiannual professional experience

• Experience of CNC programming

• Handicraft skill

• ready for shift work (exchange layer)

• High quality awareness
