In the surgical telemedicine (OTM) in the medical stand-by service of the Kassenarzt Vereinigung Niedersachsen (KVN), you are the interface to the medical service.

At the Johanniters you work with a modern IT equipment, benefit from flexible working time models and experience real teamwork.

• They work at the location in the multidisciplinary team of the looking service. From your office, check incoming orders and decide on the use of specially trained health professionals or doctors for home visits.
• They support health professionals via telemedicine via a modern audio/video system with real-time virtual data and -EKG incl. Exhibition of eRezepten and eAU.
• Regular driving services are part of the job — thereby connecting They have telemedical expertise with direct patient contact and practical care.

At our locations we work in changing layers: Mo, Di, Do from 19:00; Mi/Fr from 15:00; Sa/So/Feiertage from 08:00; each time until 07:00 the following day.

That draws you

• Complete specialist training in a specialist of direct patient care (ideally general medicine, internal medicine or anaesthesiology)
• Extensive practical experience in direct patient contact and in the care and treatment of elderly and chronically ill patients
• knowledge and experience in standby and emergency medicine desirable
• willingness to pay night and weekend allowances as well as work-related training (e.g. to carry out telemedical tasks)
• Safe handling of modern IT equipment

Your location Medical doctors work closely together with health professionals in the medical care service of the Kassenarzt Vereinigung Niedersachsen (KVN). Together they ensure a powerful emergency service: They are responsible for patients who have been classified as urgent, but not life-threatening, according to standardised estimation, and who need further treatment on site after telemedical initial consultation. The Johanniters are responsible for providing qualified medical and non-medical teams in the driving service at the Lüneburg site.
