The 24 months Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects: Onboarding within predefined home area Innovative project assignments at various locations in Germany and abroad Build up an intercultural and social network Get access to various training and development offers with a focus on customer centricity and our leadership culture Get support and guidance by your staff executive Gain insights into everyday work in our production facilities and get to know our customers Participation in a virtual management qualification to take on a future management function During your traineeship you will go through various departments. Based on your individual expertise, your home area could be the following department: Welcome to the Digital Transformation Office HR! We are a team of tech enthusiasts on a mission to revolutionize our HR organization at Daimler Truck with the power of artificial intelligence and automation. Our aim? To streamline and digitize HR processes, freeing up our colleagues to focus on what truly matters: supporting and empowering our people.

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH Bachelor/Master of Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Informatics / Data Science or Business Administration / HR Management (with a focus on digitalization) or comparable field First leadership experiences & first experiences in managing projects Fluent in written & spoken English Interest in growing into a leadership position in the future Willigness to travel abroad, high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances at short notice Excellent communication skills & self-structured A start-up mentality, that means you are enthusiastic, motivated and pragmatic If you move confidently in an intercultural environment, have a global and innovative mindset and are willing to question the status quo with new ideas and perspectives, then we are a good match.
