As an IT administrator Unified Communications, provide and administer the Unified Communication services such as Cisco IP Phone, Ascom DECT, Recos, Microsoft teams, and Cisco Webex. You serve the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Callmanager/CUCM), the MDM Mobile Device Management with Microsoft Intune, as well as the integration of different systems to improve data exchange, integrate the cloud/onpremise services. You are responsible for the provision and exchange of terminals as well as the optimization and automation deployment. You maintain and manage video conferencing systems (Yealink, Cisco), build and optimize the UC infrastructure (WLAN/DECT networks, power monitoring, availability). Your tasks include the implementation of security requirements and standards in the UC area, the adaptation of UC functions, services and applications to the company's company-specific needs, as well as the maintenance of the alarm server and passenger emergency signal system (PNA) in production. The consultation of users and specialist departments, the acquisition of the 2nd level support for the UC services and the cooperation in the planning and implementation of central IT/UC projects complete your tasks.

Multiannual professional experience in a comparable role Experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) and with relevant UCC technologies as well as IP telephony, preferably with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex / CUCM Knowledge of working with current Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Sharepoint, Defender Good knowledge of German in word and writing
