We are already working on vehicles that will secure the technology leadership of the Mercedes-Benz Group in the future. Our department is responsible for all processes, methods and tools for in-house software development for MB.OS. We cover all aspects of the Developer Journey - from product requirements to the transfer of the software to our vehicle integration. In close coordination with the departments, we define processes and methods for the continuous and efficient development of our functions in MB.OS and in partnership with the IT areas in the Group, we ensure the right development tools. You are working on our central tool to document processes, methods and tools for vehicle development. Our developers are here to find all the information they need for their daily work. Our vision is that all workflows are orchestrated centrally from this tool. Your challenges in detail: They actively develop our documentation portal and take responsibility for individual functions. They are integrated into a software development team that works agile according to SCRUM. You take over the implementation of User Stories independently in the Sprints. With your ideas, you can creatively and independently design the structure and user interface of the tool to make our developers find information as easy as possible. They develop UI prototypes for new functions and conduct interviews and user studies with different customer groups to verify your ideas.
