Construction and management of the sales organization Key Account Management (offering scaling, contract design, contract negotiation, customer support) Development of sales strategies and planning and implementation of appropriate sales measures Market and competition analyses Control of the entire acquisition process Care of the CRM system and reporting to the management close cooperation with project managers and specialist departments The importance of sales to employees, e.g. by coaching

at least 7 years of professional experience in the construction industry basic technical understanding for planning and construction processes as well as consulting processes in the construction and real estate industry safe handling of MS Office and well-founded Excel knowledge Communication strength and a structured and independent mode of operation fluent knowledge of German is absolutely necessary (level C1) English knowledge in handling international customers
