Our team is responsible for the recruitment and applicant management of trainees and dual university students (DH) at the Sindelfingen site.

Your tasks include: Participation in consulting and informing applicants In the selection of trainees and DH students Organize and perform fitness tests Participation in interviews/selection days (DH) Analysis of applicant management Design and conduct seminars/training Marketing / Social Media The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in the field of BWL, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Organisational capacity Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
