We develop exhaust control systems for the world's largest producers of petrol and the same engines and vehicles. From August onwards, we are looking for a working student in the field of communication in our HR department.

Active support of employee communication measures Independent care of the black boards/screens on personal topics and information of the factory management Editorial and design of the internal newsletter and independent coordination of printing Care of organigrams in coordination with factory-wide departments Support in implementing the Employee Value Proposition Employer Branding and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Design and maintenance of communication materials such as brochures, flyers and one-layers Administration of the HR website in the Intranet and the tile “Employee Communication” Coordination of shift information meetings in coordination with the factory and production management Support for the annual employee survey

Current university studies (University/FH) ideally with focus on BWL, psychology, marketing, communication, journalism, social science or comparable First practical experience in a comparable area desirable First touch points with design tools like InDesign desirable Strong conceptual skills with willingness to work Hands-on mentality, creativity, very good communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English Very good knowledge of MS Office applications Ready to work 20 hours a week Additional information: Working hours are up to 20 hours/week during the semester maximum 40 hours/week during the semester holidays
