Our team 'Production Logistics, Raw Construction & Logistics Service Providers and Spare Parts/ Completely Knocked Down/Not Productive Material' at Van Werk Düsseldorf offers exciting tasks and varied projects - perfect for those who want to avoid monotony. Our tasks include logistics process planning and project management, focusing on lean methods, automation and digitization of processes. We are responsible for the series processing and raw material supply as well as the control of an external logistics service provider, which takes over the production supply via factory ring traffic, empty material processing and wagon delivery. In addition, we take care of the packaging and shipping of replacement and house parts for after sales and other Van production sites as well as the shipping of CKD bodies for foreign works. Another important area is the disposition of non-productive material to ensure a smooth process in production. Monotony is nothing for you? Our team is responsible for the following tasks: Planning

Logistics Process Planning and Project Management Lean

Automation Digitization of processes Series processing Logistic supply of raw materials Control of an external logistics service provider with the sizes 'Production supply via factory ring traffic and empties processing' Car delivery service Packaging & Shipping of replacement and house parts for after sales and other Van Production sites Shipping of CKD bodies for work abroad These challenges come to you: Preparation and participation in the preparation of documents within the framework of project coordination

Documentation and reporting of subprojects Detailing of planning volumes Creation of decision templates, schedules, etc. for project meetings and bodies Creation of presentations and documentation for various topics Summary, coordination and communication of the concepts created in the fields Recording/tracking dates, project history and project status Implementation and monitoring of trials Implementation of meetings and preparation of protocols Creation of work instructions and process descriptions Development of methods and procedures Communication with the relevant interlocutors The activity can begin from December 2025.

Degree in economics or comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office
