You run the service team in the administrative management of the care service You contribute to maintaining the quality of care and documentation at a high level You create and optimize the tours You advise customers in nursing and domestic issues You serve as an interface for our offers in the areas of cared housing, day care and fully-steady care You support administration and billing You work interdisciplinary with other professional groups You support the introduction of new employees

You have a qualification for nursing services, which is ideally acquired through a nursing management study or similar training. You already have many years of experience in team and staff management in the field of outpatient care You are experienced in the organisation of workflows, in particular in the care sector You control the resource management and optimization of tours You are experienced in service and deployment planning You have a well-founded knowledge of consulting and marketing care services You are actively engaged in the further development and safeguarding of the structure, process and result quality You have a valid class B licence The pleasure of dealing with customers and employees is obvious to you. You have good business understanding and secure computer skills. Your high empathy in dealing with customers as well as their relatives and service providers completes your profile.
