We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of corporate strategy: Senior Manager (m/w/d) As Senior Manager M&A and Venture Capital (m/w/d), you are part of a dynamic team that works in an interdisciplinary manner across the group and actively confronts the challenges of the energy transition through acquisitions and strategic investments.

They take over the independent management of M&A/start-up investment projects or strategy projects and coordinate internal and external due diligence teams.

They conduct financial and strategic analyses and create policy templates and presentations for management and bodies.

They support the operational support of the Mainova Venture Capital investments and are contact persons for fund managers and portfolio companies.

They maintain a wide-ranging network of consultants, cooperation partners and identify promising targets & start-ups.

In addition to the continuous monitoring of the relevant market and the identification of customer and technology trends, you are responsible for the optimization and expansion of business models.

Successfully completed university studies of an economic or comparable degree course and multiannual relevant professional experience

Experience in managing interface-rich projects, ideally controlling M&A and/or venture capital processes

Strategic and conceptual thinking, independent working and high interpersonal competence

Enforcement, organizational talent, presentation and very good analytical skills

German and English in word and writing
