Detection and qualification of project potentials with focus on THOST services Strategic market address and positioning of THOST as partner for project management and consulting services Presentation of THOST in industry networks, trade fairs, congresses and events Close cooperation with project management and management for supply creation and performance planning Continuous market analysis for the development of new business areas

Professional experience in technical sales, business development or key account management, ideally in the project environment (e.g. as sales manager, key account manager, sales manager, project manager or similar) Regional network in at least one of the following regions: Rhein-Neckar, Saarland, Baden-Elsass, Karlsruhe, Heilbronn-Franken, Stuttgart, Schwaben, Munich, Nieder-/Oberbayern Sovereign appearance at top management level, ability to consult and build relationships Knowledge of the relevant industries: industry, energy, urban works, infrastructure, if necessary Defence (zivil) Structured working, self-initiative and target orientation Use as a permanent employee (full-time or part-time) or freelancer possible
