In our team we are responsible for the planning and coordination of the start-up scenarios of the automotive generations of the future. In the start-up logistics, components for new vehicle models are primarily supervised. We plan the parts supply in the area of the vehicle body for protoypse construction at the development site Sindelfingen and coordinate the transitions to the Mercedes-Benz plants in Sindelfingen, Kecskemet (Hungary), Bejing (China), Tuscaloosa (USA) and Vitoria (Spain). Our team will provide you with a holistic overview of the entire start-up process in an international environment: from development to production and logistics to quality management and sales. These challenges come to you: Support for project management tasks (supplier communication national/international, database maintenance, evaluations)

Participation and participation in various working groups and regulations

Planning and organisation of workshops (supplier workshop, maturity workshop)

Automation of evaluations based on Excel

Responsible planning and implementation of subprojects

Coordination of cooperation between pre-series production and logistics service providers

The activity can start from January 2026.

degree course Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, preferably with focus on logistics, IT or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of Microsoft Office

Basic knowledge of SAP of advantage

Analytical thinking and strategic working
