Number: MER0003U47 The team 'Communication and Cultural Processes' at the Sindelfingen plant is responsible for the central communication of the largest production plant in Mercedes-Benz. In addition to internal and external communication events (including social media), the team develops and implements numerous events and, in close coordination with assistance, supports the communication of the factory management and management. These challenges include: Internal communication: support in creating communication content in word, image and video / development of own content

Social Media: Working with the design and realization of social media content for Facebook and Instagram of the Sindelfingen plant

Events: Support for event management in the realization of internal and external event formats as well as on-site realization

Media (image/video): Accompanying various video and image projects from conception to rework

Staff Tasks: Support for Work Assistance in Preparing and Refurbishment of Committee and Staff Works

Various: Takeover of smaller layout and text works (Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe diverse)

The activity can start from January 2026.

We care to welcome motivated and friendly employees. However, one or other experience would help to implement the existing projects and are therefore recommended as follows: Study programme in the field of communication, design, (media)economics or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Use of design/video programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Elements, etc. of advantage

Commitment and team skills
