Complete university studies in a relevant field or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in economic development, urban development or real estate Knowledge of land and real estate management Experience in strategic concept development and project management Understanding sustainability, climate protection and decarbonisation Safe handling of MS Office Structured and independent operation Communication strength and safe occurrence Team skills and network competence Organisational strength and implementation orientation Flexibility and commitment
