Responsible coordination and operational implementation of clinical trials and investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) Organization of study dates, visits, laboratory studies, infusion dates and treatment processes Preparation, implementation and follow-up of clinical studies as well as support for study submissions, audits and inspections Creation, maintenance and tracking of study-relevant documentation including CRF/eCRF documentation and Query management Care of study patients as part of the study visas Implementation of delegated medical activities in the study context by medical arrangement or Delegation, in particular blood collection, sample processing and preparation, monitoring and acceptance of infusions Development and revision of SOPs and coordination of transport and extermination logistics for samples and medicines Budget and contract audit, coordination of contract negotiations and internal accounting Communication and coordination with PIs, study doctors, participating areas, study centers, CROs and sponsors Participation in the acquisition of new studies in compliance with study protocols, GCP and internal requirements
