Salesman / sales representative for high-quality bed systems (m/f/d)

Advice at the highest level: With us you conduct challenging consulting discussions in the premium segment – with a clear focus on results, quality and highest customer satisfaction. We are looking for people who take responsibility and love degrees. You enthuse our customers in pre-qualified consulting talks about bed systems worth up to EUR 20,000 and make them a safe choice. With your analysis of individual customer needs – supported by a high-tech camera body survey – you develop tailor-made solutions with real added value. You work with a clearly structured sales system and conduct targeted consulting talks on top level – focusing on completion and customer satisfaction. You use Cross- and Upselling to provide our customers with the optimal solution and increase sales value. You work closely together in the team to achieve highest customer satisfaction and surpass our sales goals together. You actively support customer relationships and make sure your customers are happy to buy from us in the long term.

You have at least the medium maturity and very good German knowledge in word and writing on C1 level. You have at least two years of experience in sales and have demonstrable sales talent and final strength. Business training and experience in consulting-intensive sales are advantageous (e.g. furniture, furnishings, kitchen, health, sports, premium retail). You are communicative and goal-oriented – and you can actively conduct conversations and bring them to the conclusion. You are success-oriented and challenges motivate you. You like to celebrate personal successes and let your successes celebrate by others. You burn for sales and are entitled not only to advise customers, but to convince and bind sustainably. You work reliably, structured and take responsibility for your results.
