Field Campaign Administrator (m/f/d)

You will receive information about new Field Campaigns from our quality department and coordinate their operational implementation You set up the corresponding remodeling and service tasks in the global system and arrange parts procurement and shipping to our dealers In close coordination with the spare parts service and purchasing, you will ensure the fastest possible supply of required spare parts You are in regular exchange with our dealers and check the execution rates of the campaigns in monthly meetings In addition, you are contact persons for our dealers if a Field Campaign cannot be carried out as planned. In case of deviations, analyse the causes and actively follow the implementation You evaluate relevant data and create statistics and reports for management Together with internal specialist departments you develop pragmatic and customer-oriented solutions You shall examine and approve the incoming claims for the respective Field Campaings

Complete technical training, such as technical designers, industrial mechanics or higher qualified Experience in the field of service, aftersales, campaign management or spare parts Structured and independent operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with international contacts Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, SAP knowledge of advantage. Analytical thinkability and pronounced organizational ability Very good English skills, other languages of advantage Occasionally readiness to travel
