The house Mirjam in Friedrichsdorf offers 16 adults with cognitive impairment at home. In a quiet location right on the edge of the forest and yet only a few minutes from the city centre and the railway station, the focus is on educational care and participation in the social space.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, you create a reliable daily routine, accompany the residents individually in the social space and promote neighbourly relations • Together with your tandem colleague*in, you will have an overview of all basic services and SGB IX. You are in contact with various cost-beneficiaries, apply for technical service hours and ensure their provision • You take over the basic care of our clients and specific case responsibilities to ensure self-determined life, to manage everyday life and participate in life • They build sustainable relationships, create structure and create varied excursions and the leisure of residents • For the best possible support, you work closely with members, legal supervisors, the team and with colleagues working across the board, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work

We wish you • A completed educational or nursing training for educators, nurses, social pedagogues, pedagogues, health care and nursing staff, nursing staff or elderly caregivers (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • Joy in working with people with disabilities • Communication and consensus skills, empathy and fun in team work • Self-reflection and the desire for professional and personal development • A passenger car license is desirable
