Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your task

They advise our customers on their holiday search and answer all questions about the booking. Our online travel agency is staffed 365 days a year to ensure the best possible guest service.

Your daily business

• Creation of individual holiday offers and their booking
• Service-oriented processing of incoming inquiries by phone, email and chat
• Booking of additional services (e.g. car rental and travel insurance)
• Shiftwork in interchange service - Monday to Friday: 8:[for phone number see the original ad]:00; 11:[for phone number see the original ad]:00; 13:[for phone number see the original ad]:00; Weekend and holiday: 10:[for phone number see the original ad]:00 (for weekend and holiday work a corresponding leisure compensation is granted)

Your qualification

• A completed training to the tourism businessman or first professional experience in the sale of travel
• Embossed sales talent with pleasure in selling as well as high customer and service orientation
• Good product and destination knowledge
• Experience in handling tourist booking systems
• Time flexibility
• Reliability and team spirit
