Our teams of the different logistics areas work hand in hand, thereby implementing logistics strategies together, controlling our supply chain and moving several hundred thousand parts per day, thus ensuring optimal availability of goods in our stores. Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team with a focus on transport logistics (sea freight inbound + follow-up) Planning and guaranteeing capacity in the inbound area, both for the main run and the follow-up to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods Responsible control and implementation of department-related (partial) projects to optimize processes and develop innovative solutions Close cooperation with adjacent interfaces, e.g. purchasing, warehouse and IT Communication and coordination with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure smooth cooperation Regular reporting to the management of procurement logistics and the operational management of supply chain management

You score with a commercial training in the field of forwarding, logistics services or a comparable qualification You bring several years of professional experience in transport logistics (ideally in consumer goods) You have a strong analytical mindset and quickly recognize optimization potentials Process thinking lies in your blood – you strive for efficiency and process excellence You have experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team You know yourself with integrit ERP systems (ideally AX), as well as TMS and/or SCM systems from You are safe to use MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) You convince with fluent German and good English skills in word and writing You bring an independent, structured and independent way of working with you You are strong in communication and have a safe appearance Nobody is perfect!
