As a helper of electrical engineering (m/w/d), you are an essential part of a dynamic team that jointly produces high-quality cable products. With us you can demonstrate your accuracy, concentration and craftsmanship. From preparation to completion, you’ll be there every step of the manufacturing process and make sure that our products meet the highest quality standards. This role offers you the perfect opportunity to gain a foothold in the industry even without much experience within the first years and to continuously develop yourself.

• You manufacture cables precisely and efficiently.
• Cutting and turning cable strands is one of your daily tasks.
• You carry out tests and quality checks to ensure that each product meets our standards.
• Working in day shift gives you a planable and regulated working day.
• You bring fresh wind and motivation to our team and contribute to successful production processes.

We are looking for

For this position, we are looking for colleagues who go to work with commitment and care. Technical interest and a precise way of working distinguish you. On this path you support us at eye level and grow in your task area.

• A first experience in cable assembly or in a comparable production environment is required.
• You have a good eye for details and work carefully as well as structured.
• You are handcrafted and can also perform repetitive tasks reliably.
• No specific vocational training is required – motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us.
• German knowledge, at least on A2 level, to understand texts, work instructions and safety documents.
