MAG welder in 01591 Riesa (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a MAG welder (m/w/d) for long-term use in a metal processing company.

Your tasks:

• Production of welding assemblies according to customer specifications
• Production of individual parts and assemblies for machines, the food industry and the construction sector
• MAG welding of components of different material thicknesses
• Welding of fillet seams and blunt seams, also multilayer
• Processing of about 90% black steel and 10% stainless steel
• Welding and mounting according to technical drawings
• Implementation of quality and measurement controls during and after the welding process
• Ensuring tightness and high quality of welds
• Control of weld defects such as burn-in notches, burn-through, seam transitions and seam ends
• Maintenance, maintenance and function control of welding systems
• Testing and adjustment of the welding parameters using sample welding

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of German
• Valid MAG welding certificate FW and BW (ideally with current extension within the last 6 months)
• Multiannual experience in MAG welding
• Secure reading and working according to technical drawings
• Experience in handling portal cranes of advantage
• High quality awareness and precise operation
• Class B licence and own car to reach the workplace
