The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

(m/w/d) with completed vocational training in the educational field at the Christoph-Graupner-Schule in Darmstadt (25-30 h/w) Do you want to help children and young people master their everyday life in a school? Do you want to work part-time in a family-friendly area with attractive working hours?

How does your day look like

They accompany a child or a pool with 2-3 children with disabilities through the school day and support individual and needs-oriented in meeting all school requirements. This includes both participation in teaching, assistance in structuring everyday school life, support in crisis situations, and the establishment of social contacts with peers and teachers. • They support the upbringing of the child, stimulate the mental, psychological and physical development of the child by means of differentiated educational work and promote its community capacity • At the same time, you are responsible for creating individual help planning • They work trustfully with parents, legal supervisors and the social environment • You will also cooperate with teachers or institutions involved in the promotion of children/young people and create a balance between areas of development that are affected by impairment.
