Professional leadership of employees within the protection department Working in various projects such as LYNX / KF51 / BPz / PiPZ / Boxer / Caracal Project management by controlling resource use within the projects Processing project-specific tasks and estimation of work packages for project processing Processing and resource deployment planning for new research and development topics

Successfully completed studies in the fields of materials science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment, for example plant engineering or special machine construction, as well as ideally in the automotive and/or the defence industry Experience in managing teams of advantage Experiences in project work in the field of request management Funded knowledge in MS Office, as well as the acquisition and presentation of complex content Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Organisational skills and a high level of conflict resolution Ready for business trips
