Processing and performance of the maintenance according to manufacturer specifications of the various plants logging of activities, recording of deviations and disturbances, repair and disorder elimination Creating maintenance logs and accounting documents Work planning within the contract and coordination with the client or operator Maintenance performance and maintenance results with customers

Complete vocational training as plant mechanic SHK / service technician or comparable training Advantage: Training as an electric power for defined activities Professional experience as a service monster incl. Knowledge of heating and cold water systems in larger objects Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and knowledge in the handling of digital media (tablet etc.) Class B driving licence and German knowledge at least Level B2
