Operational Excellence, Digitalization, Lean & Green is responsible for strategic orientation, transformation, efficiency management and project management. Our team is located across locations and internationally and is characterised by an open, agile team culture. As a central control department, we contribute significantly to the sustainability of Van Operations and stand for holistic approaches and solutions. As a working student*in our department, you take varied tasks and get insights into all teams. These challenges include: Creation of project documents and presentations for strategic & operative topics, such as efficiency project maps Workshop preparation incl. concept creation for special topics such as sustainability, green production Support and cooperation in complex and pioneering projects in VAN production Pre- and post-processing of dates incl. Agenda and documentation Administrative and organisational tasks in the daily business Support for various initiatives and events, such as exams or training – both online and on site The activity can begin from November / December 2025.

Course in Economic Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation or Project Management, Communication Science, Engineering Studies or Similar First professional experience in the automotive field with production reference Excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Spanish knowledge of advantage Secure handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel; Knowledge of Power BI and survey tools like Kahoot Professional handling and good cooperation with all hierarchical levels Teamability, safe occurrence, analytical and strategic thinking, quick incorporation into complex topics as well as a high degree of self-initiative and readiness
