Senior Consultant / Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Are you looking for an individualized day care with intensive educational support and regulated working hours from Monday to Friday? Then you are right with us! In our daycare facility (Team 3), we care for people with complex mental and physical impairments - special behaviour and intensive pedagogical support needs are the focus. In addition to work-world-related offers, we develop targeted participation offers in small groups as well as structured day-to-day design that gives support and security. With the move to new rooms in Traisa in the second half of 2026, we extend our support capacities to 30 clients in 5 groups. New clients will be included in a 1:1 assignment, with the aim of integrating them into groups in a perspective.

Your day looks like this: • They work with the employees according to the principles of assistance and self-determination and assume responsibility for structured health education/care activities • In addition, you will develop opportunities for participation by organizing, coordinating and performing individual and group offers - always oriented to the client's wishes and needs • With empathy, patience and openness for special behaviors, you build sustainable relationships with exciting people and ensure a variety of structures • For the best possible support, you will work in close cooperation with members, legal advisors and your team and across-the-board colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who will assist you in your work
